Portrait of the Artist as a Young Mouse

This is the first one in my side project of making artist portraits.

Lars Elling is a Norwegian painter and author, and I decided to create a little part of his studio in Oslo.

The trolley

I made the tiny tubes of paint and the little bottles, boxes and jars mainly from polymer clay and wood.

I made the trolley itself from wood, combined with some sculpting.

The chandelier

This is the first time I incorporated electric light in my work. I used elements like thin wire, old glass pearls, and some crystal beads.

The foldingboard

I printed with two different colours, then hand-painted the details with acrylic paint using a very fine  brush. The real foldingboard is a leather one, but I went for cardboard.
